At the time of the initial intake, we request that a debit or credit card is placed on file to cover the cost of your service and in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. Payment is due at the time of your scheduled therapy session.
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow client, please contact your therapist within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule.
A no-show or failure to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in a cancellation fee of 1/2 of appointment rate.
A no-show occurs 15 minutes after the start of a scheduled appointment time.
